President Joe Biden has invited leaders from Western Hemisphere countries to Washington on November 3, 2023. This Summit provides a great opportunity to launch an Americas-wide ISDS exit. The Summit’s goals – creating a green economy transition and resilient public health systems and furthering the rule of law – demand the elimination of ISDS.
