While technology and operational shifts are reshaping enterprises worldwide, the true essence of this transformation lies in its impact on people, culture, and ways of working. On May 2nd from 3:00 pm - 3:45 pm EDT, Shannon Adkins (Global Change Solutions Lead, Managing Director, Accenture) will share practical examples and firsthand experiences of leading transformative initiatives. Shannon will talk about how organizations navigate change amidst technological shifts and operational restructuring while bringing the organization and its people along the transformation journey, prioritizing the human impact of these changes. Whether it's AI implementation, remote work adoption, integration of technology systems, or the digitization of customer interactions, learn about strategies to engage employees, foster collaboration, and drive adoption and new ways of working in the face of digital transformation. About the Conversations That Matter series
One good conversation can shift the direction of change forever.

Linda Lambert

Conversations That Matter is a series of public education events that bring the thinkers, doers, and experts of the IKNS community together with a broader audience of curious minds from across Columbia University and beyond. These conversations tackle topics that are not only timely and relevant, but also at the core of the Information and Knowledge Strategy discipline. Through the fruitful exchange of ideas and the sharing of knowledge by industry experts, distinguished academics, and thought innovators at the leading edge of their fields, we hope to ignite further discussion and action leading to positive change in organizations, communities, and industry.
